• Funds management related to Supplier payments & Salaries
• Preparation of SOPs related to Accounts department, General Store, Pharmacy Store, Civil Store, Medical wards related to patient costing files & Gate Management System
• Co-ordination with Administration department & Medical Superintendent for implementation of SOPs.
• Checking compliance of approved SOPs & reporting on non compliance to authorities.
• Preparation of contracts of contractors with co-ordination of Manager Administration, related to Canteen, Tuck Shop, Medical store, Optical Store, Bank (Booth Branch) & Parking Stand.
• Identifying weaknesses related to accounts, reporting the weaknesses identified to authorities.
• Provide all required reports to authority on demand.
